How long does it take to receive my order?
Customers usually receive orders within 17 business days.
*NOTE: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Allow 14 business days to process plus 3 business days for USPS standard delivery.
My birthday is in 12 days. Can I pay you to rush the process?

Something is wrong with my order! What should I do?
If you received an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect…..
Firstly, we apologize that you are experiencing these problems. We strive for
excellent customer service. Secondly, Take detailed pictures.
Then send the pictures, your order number and a brief message immediately , so we can get this solved as soon as possible. Email us at hello@runwayheist.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
I never wore this dress, may I get a refund or exchange it?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to covid we
currently do not offer exchanges for the safety of customers.
